Our consultants follow a basic 123 process when establishing
a relationship with a new client.
Step 1: Introduction and Site Assessment -
Each client has a single point of contact, one of our business technology consultants who handles all of the clients' needs. A site assessment is conducted by the consultant and sometimes a technician to determine the current situation. The client and consultant have a meeting to determine the clients' vision.

Step 2: Research and Recommendations -
| The business technology consultant and a technician will do research on hardware and software to determine what would suit the clients' needs and vision. A portfolio is sent to the client which outlines the recommendations. |
Step 3: Implementation and Maintenance -
| if the client decides to go with the solution offered by our business technology consultant, a team of technicians is sent out to implement that solution. Once the new system is up and running, a maintenance plan is proposed to the client which offers proactive computer/server/network maintenance along with 24 hour computer support. |
